What does it mean to be a part of a team salon? At our salon, before you can be an independent stylist, everyone trains underneath Barbi, our owner, for at LEAST a year before we start our own clients. That training covers everything that you need to know to be 100% prepared for your own clientele. We cover everything from consultations, color application, haircuts, shampooing, scalp massage, blowouts, business building and marketing.
At our salon, we like consistency. We want to make sure that no matter who’s chair you’re sitting in, you're getting a consistent service. Everyone has their own flair that they like to add to their services, but you can be confident in knowing we all have the same training and knowledge behind your service.
Have you ever forgot to make your appointment and when you called your stylist was booked and couldn’t get you in? At the Salon, if you can’t get in with your regular stylist, for any reason, we have other stylists here that are always willing to help out. Now I know what you’re thinking, “I can’t cheat on my stylist! I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings!”, but that’s the beauty of our salon! Our stylists know they’re busy, and they understand that stuff happens and you need to work with what you can get.
When you book with someone else in our Salon, you can have the peace in knowing that we have your formula on file, we have direct access to your stylist, and if there are any questions, we can figure it out directly from the source.
When we prebook your appointment we can get you back in with your regular stylist, but then you can know you have a backup just in case! You may find that you prefer one stylist over the other and you know what? That’s okay! Our job is to find the perfect match for you, and if you need to make a change for ANY reason, whether its ease of scheduling, how someone styles, or even their personality. No hard feelings on our end!
